Klein Becker USA is a company that sells both health and beauty products. The same company that sells supplements to bodybuilders can also sell anti-wrinkle cream to men and women. The reason is that they develop their own line of products, instead of using other people’s ideas. They start off brand new and develop lines that sometimes have surprising twists to their story.
For instance, they developed a compound called Strivectin. It was first marketed as a stretch mark cream and all of the supporting clinical trials based on this application. However, customers who weren’t aware it was a stretch cream thought it was a topical cream and began using it on their faces. The reports soon came back that the stretch cream was an excellent anti-wrinkle cream too! They couldn’t quite figure out what was going on, but decided to sell it an anti-wrinkle cream too, and sales were so strong that product was often sold out.
The reason why the stretch cream worked so well to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles became clearer at a meeting someone in the company attended at the World Congress of Dermatology. They featured a series of studies on a patented oligo-peptide. It worked very well in comparison to other known beauty ingredients like retinol and vitamin C. In addition, further long-term testing showed in increased the thickness of the skin one and a half times faster than retinol, making it appear plumper and younger.
The Strivectin is now used in multiple products sold by Klein Becker in their cosmetics line. They have the standard stretch cream that started the whole phenomena. Along with that the line includes: eye cream, a deep wrinkle serum, hand cream, and an exfoliant. They even have a Strivectin kit for the hands that combines the cream and exfoliant together.
